200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training
Choosing a yoga teacher training is a big step—let’s make sure you have all the answers you need.
This training is designed for those who are serious about becoming yoga teachers and gaining employment in the field, as well as those who want to explore the deeper dimensions of yoga beyond the physical postures. Whether you’re looking to teach or enrich your personal practice, this program offers a comprehensive and supportive learning experience.
Our hybrid training offers rolling admission, allowing you to start anytime. It includes:
140 hours of flexible online learning with regular accountability check-ins
10+ hours of synchronous online or in-person meetings
A 5-day, 50-hour in-person retreat held each spring and fall
You can progress through the online curriculum at your own pace, with structured guidance to keep you on track.
The majority of the coursework is completed online from the comfort of your own space, with the option to join our meetings in-studio or virtually. The in-person intensive takes place at Nectar Flow Yoga Studio in Spicewood, TX, just outside of Austin.
This program is uniquely designed to balance flexibility and accessibility with accountability, high-quality instruction, and a deeply enriching curriculum. You get the freedom of online learning with the personalized support and community engagement of an in-person training. Key features that set it apart include:
A structured yet adaptable approach that fits into your life.
One-on-one guidance and mentorship from the program creator throughout your journey and after graduation.
A focus on safety, adaptability, and intelligent sequencing.
A curriculum that integrates multiple yoga traditions for a well-rounded education.
Applicable information for starting a career in yoga to get a return on your investment as quickly as possible.
Unlike many online programs, you won’t be left to navigate this training alone. Casie Hall, the program’s creator, provides consistent support and accountability through scheduled check-ins and direct access for questions. This program is ideal for those who want the connection and interaction of an in-person training but need the flexibility of online learning. It’s truly the best of both worlds.
Most students complete the online portion within six months and attend the in-person intensive at the end of that period. We recommend at least three months to complete the online curriculum. If you're unable to finish in time for your intended in-person retreat, you can attend the next available session. For example, if you begin in May aiming for the September retreat but need more time, you can extend your training and join the following May’s retreat.
This training is open to all levels, from beginners to dedicated yoga students and even those already certified who want to deepen their understanding. While some yoga experience is recommended, it’s not required—just bring an open heart and mind!
Yes! This training has been Yoga Alliance certified since 2022, meaning graduates can register as RYT-200 upon completion.
Our approach prioritizes safety, adaptability, and accessibility through thoughtful observation and dynamic sequencing. You will learn three distinct, diverse sequences that integrate elements from multiple yoga traditions, including:
Hatha
Vinyasa
Ashtanga
Viniyoga
Iyengar

This blend ensures a well-rounded education, preparing you to teach a variety of students and settings.
Casie Hall personally supports each trainee through:

You're never alone in this process—you’ll have guidance every step of the way.
